Partnership

Our part inside a larger project

TARG.DIGITAL regularly works as the front-end partner inside EU-funded consortia. The prime owns the feeds, the models and the operations. We deliver the user-facing layer: maps, live data, and interfaces people can act on.

The division of labour

What belongs to the prime

In a funded project, the prime coordinates the work package and owns what only its team can deliver: the traffic engine, feed generation, permissions, security, hosting and operating process.

The prime owns

Data production, road-network models, permission systems, the product backlog and acceptance decisions.

We deliver

The interface layer: interaction design, Angular or Leaflet views, live-data connections, operator workflows and their accessibility.

Decisions are agreed with the users, recorded in the project, and handed over inside the prime's repository.

When we can join

A subcontracting request must be realistic

We are a realistic subcontractor when a project has already defined the user task, an owned feed and a bounded front-end work package. The request is strongest when a prime is looking for a named senior specialist rather than a full product team.

It is weaker when the work would require building the traffic engine, proprietary AI models, 24/7 operation or a system we have never seen. In those cases the request belongs to a partner who owns that part, not to us.

What we offer

A page any integrator can reuse

  • SWARCO: live C-ITS monitoring views for operators, delivered over WebSocket data.
  • SOTERIA: an analyst workflow for collision, exposure and near-miss indicators.
  • Our delivery notes describe the agreed boundary between our contribution and the consortium’s.
  • The operator interfaces page lists the work package we take on.

Looking for this contribution?

If your project has a defined operator task and an owned feed, send us the user task, a sample of the data and the system you build on. We will reply with the work package we can take and the questions needed to confirm it.
